# 錢箱

### 七、錢箱管理

錢箱功能用於管理每個門市、收銀台的實體或虛擬錢箱資料，方便分店、員工統一帳務出納管理。

#### 使用情境

* 每個收銀台可設置獨立錢箱。
* 有助分店間交班時資金管理、日結盤點、帳務核對。 
* 可隨時新增、調整、刪除錢箱資料，靈活對應不同門市需要。

#### 介面範例

#### 主要欄位說明

* **錢箱名稱**\
  例如「門市錢箱」代表此錢箱綁定於特定分店。
* **店舖**\
  金流歸屬分店名稱（如：門市）。
* **操作**\
  點選「...」（三點按鈕）進行編輯、刪除等管理動作。

#### 操作步驟

1. 點擊右上方「新增錢箱」，輸入錢箱名稱及分店資訊，完成設定。
2. 所有錢箱一覽可快速檢視現有設定，方便清點與日常帳務管理。
3. 如需編輯、調整，直接點擊操作欄目的三點按鈕，選取所需功能。
