# 結賬電郵

### 1. 設定位置

請前往後台管理介面，依序點選：\
\&#xNAN;**「網站設置」** -> **「店鋪設置」** -> **「店鋪資訊」**

在頁面中找到 **「結賬電郵」** 選項。

### 2. 功能說明

點擊選項可進行切換，設定如下：

* 必須輸入 **Email 欄位**。\
  顧客在結帳時必須（或可以）填寫電子郵件地址。
  * **適用情境**：如果您需要發送訂單確認信、電子發票，或是未來計畫進行 EDM 電郵行銷，建議開啟此功能。
* **選擇填寫 Email 欄位**。\
  結帳頁面將不會出現電子郵件輸入框，顧客僅需透過電話號碼即可完成結帳。
  * **適用情境**：適用於依賴 WhatsApp / SMS 聯繫為主的商家，減少填寫欄位可加快結帳速度，提升轉化率。&#x20;

### 3. 效果展示

* **開啟後**：結帳頁面的「顧客資訊」區塊中會出現 Email 輸入框。如果顧客已登入會員且資料中已有 Email，系統會自動帶入。
